Lane Change Instructions
Step 1: Letter Of Intent (link below)
A letter of intent to change lanes must be submitted to Central Office by February 15th of the school year prior to your lane change.
(ie: Please submit a letter of intent by 2/15/22 in order to be eligible to change lane(s) in either September 2022 or March 2023.)
Step 2: Submit Required Paperwork for Lane Change
A completed and signed Salary Placement Form (link below) along with your Official Transcripts* and/or CEU letters must be submitted to Central Office by the date(s) below pending when you plan to make your lane change.
For a September 2022 Lane Change:
If you submitted your letter of intent by 2/15/22, then your signed Salary Placement Form (link below) and the Official Transcripts* or CEU letters supporting these credits are due in Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by August 15, 2022.
For a March 2023 Lane Change:
If you submitted your letter of intent by 2/15/22, then your signed Salary Placement Form (link below) and the Official Transcripts* or CEU letters supporting these credits are due in Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by February 15, 2023.
*Official Transcripts are either the Original (official) Transcript from the institution or an electronic official transcript sent directly from the institution to dyana.bogdan@mansfieldschools.com. No copies or forwarded .pdf files can be accepted for a lane change.
